By accessing and using PureXchange.io (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. PureXchange.io provides a non-custodial cryptocurrency swap service that facilitates peer-to-peer exchanges between digital assets.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction. By using PureXchange.io, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The Platform is not available to residents of jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited.
PureXchange.io is a crypto-to-crypto exchange platform. We do not support fiat currencies. Swaps for major cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, SOL, etc.) are processed automatically through third-party exchange partners. Premium token swaps (MakkCoin Global, FTRX V2, CRBR) are processed manually and require the purchase of a Premium Package.
A service fee of 2.5% is applied to all automated cryptocurrency swaps. The fee is deducted from the output amount. Premium Package purchases are subject to a one-time fee of $499 USD (payable in SOL). All fees are non-refundable.
The Premium Package grants access to premium token swaps for 12 months from the date of activation. Activation takes 12-96 business hours after payment confirmation. Premium access is tied to the wallet address used during purchase.
PureXchange.io is a non-custodial service. We do not hold, store, or have access to your private keys or funds. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. Transactions on the blockchain are irreversible.
Certain transactions may be subject to random security verification. Swaps exceeding $500 USD equivalent may require additional identity verification. This process takes up to 2 business days.
You agree not to use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any illegal activity. You agree not to attempt to manipulate, disrupt, or exploit the Platform. Violation may result in immediate termination of access.
PureXchange.io is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses resulting from: market volatility, blockchain network delays, smart contract failures, third-party service outages, or user error (e.g., sending funds to wrong addresses).
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international trade laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
